Beginner Program
Babies who are walking and becoming mobile find a safe environment for exploration and growth.
As babies begin to crawl or walk, they need a fun, safe place to explore their surroundings. That's exactly what they find in our beginner classrooms, where lower teacher-child ratios ensure close supervision, and special equipment and activities encourage play. The room contains some cribs, but teachers transition children to sleeping mats. Children begin to transition to center menus and foods.
The Beginners' daily schedule is more structured. Teachers begin to work in small groups of two or three. The curriculum nurtures new skills and accomplishments. Weather permitting, infants play outside on a separate playground. A daily reports keep you current on your child's foods and activities.
Every child has a bin to hold a change of clothes and personal items. Toys are sanitized throughout the day and sheets are washed each day.
