These Centers are available and operational with students and staff.
These properties have already been selected by the Discovery Point development team as optimal locations for developing a new Center. Most are permitted and ready for construction.
The Discovery Point Real Estate and Development team, based in our corporate office in Duluth, Georgia, handles 100% of development. We are currently seeking opportunities in Georgia, Florida, Tennessee, North Carolina, South Carolina, Texas and Alabama.
