Discovery Point #3 Receives Quality Rated Inclusion Endorsement

Discovery Point #3 is proud to announce that our center achieved the Quality Rated Inclusion Endorsement in May 2018. Our center applied for the Inclusion Grant that provided inclusion training and targeted technical assistance. The teachers learned techniques to improve their interactions to support inclusion and learned strategies to enhance the classroom environments. Successfully achieving the benchmarks required to achieve the Inclusion Endorsement is a significant step in ensuring that our program and teachers are equipped to serve children from all backgrounds and needs in their classrooms. We are so honored to have earned the Quality Rated Inclusion Endorsement and are proud of our teachers and staff that work diligently to ensure that we are meeting the needs of all children. Special recognition goes to Mrs. Genevieve Simms and Mrs. Claudia Perez who worked diligently to help champion the effort to achieve this endorsement. We are so proud of the continuous hard work and effort made by our teachers to support the children in our school. Our center is committed to continuous quality improvement and provide inclusive care and learning environments to all the children in our community.
