Each Discovery Point Child Development Center is an independent business operating under the terms of a franchise agreement with Discovery Point Franchising, Inc., Duluth, Georgia (Discovery Point). Each Discovery Point franchisee is responsible for any offers available at that franchised location. All offers for services provided by franchisees of Discovery Point are limited time offers and can be canceled at any time in the sole discretion of Discovery Point and/or individual Discovery Point franchisees. All offers may not be available at all Discovery Point locations at the discretion of individual Discovery Point franchisees.
