About The Owners

Ruth Ann Kansky opened Discovery Point @ Prominence Point in December 2004 and has been hands-on for its entire existence.

Prior to opening Discovery Point, Ruth Ann worked at HP for over 15 years and was raising three children at the time. Child care, child care centers, and preschools were a major concern of hers for her children, just as they are for yours. So when the opportunity presented itself to open her own childcare center, she jumped at it! What a commitment, but to this day she loves it.

Discovery Point @ Prominence Point reflects Ruth Ann’s goal to create a family atmosphere. The goal is to provide a safe and loving learning environment for your child.

Discovery Point @ Prominence Point is child care, preschool, summer camps, Georgia Pre-K and family.
