A single, front-door entryway to each Discovery Point center ensures safety by limiting access and screening all visitors.

Extensive background checks are conducted on all employees.

Front counter ID checks are made of all visitors.

Secure keypad locked buildings and lobby attended at all times.

Building and furniture are designed with smooth edges for child safety and comfort.

Safety-glass walls provide greater visibility and security between rooms.

A fire sprinkler system that exceeds state requirements and childproof electrical outlets keep children safe.

There are three separate playground areas for age-appropriate outdoor recreation.

Separate exit doors from each classroom lead to suitable, adjacent playground areas.

A full-size Blue Bird bus provides seat belts and a telephone.

Discovery Point employees are CPR and First Aid certified.

Fire drills are conducted monthly at Discovery Point.

Monthly inspections are conducted by an independent inspector, far exceeding state requirements.
