Connections Curriculum®
Our proprietary curriculum focuses on early language development and literacy by featuring current children’s literature in each weekly thematic unit. The child centered learning includes development of social skills, scientific inquiry, music and movement, artistic expression, and cognitive development in language, math, and social studies. Each lesson is built on developmental learning standards for Infancy through Preschool and each plan is flexible enough to be adapted to each individual learner.
Literature Based

Enrichment Programs
Our Connections Curriculum® provides the foundation, but our teachers adapt and individualize each lesson and activity to match the learning style and development level of each young learner. In addition, each center location has the option to implement other state-approved curriculum including Creative Curriculum® by Teaching Strategies, Frog Street®, and Scholastic®. Each center also offers a variety of enrichment programs like ABC Mouse®, Amazing Athletes®, dance, music, and karate lessons. In-house field trips, special drama performances, and interactive science sessions make Discovery Point an exciting place to be!
