Discovery Point Child Development Centers Support Annual Community Outreach

DULUTH, Ga (October 2013) – The second annual Diane’s Devotion will reach out to children in need of coats and jackets in communities surrounding Discovery Point Child Development Centers.

Collection boxes will be placed in the lobbies of participating Discovery Point Child Development centers to receive new or gently used coats and jackets from November 1 to December 9, 2013. Coats and jackets will be accepted and distributed to children in surrounding communities through non-profit agencies.

Diane’s Devotion is an annual, year-end charitable initiative designed to help a child-focused charity. This year, Discovery Point Child Development Centers are partnering with One Warm Coat to meet a vital need by keeping children warm, one coat at a time.

Diane Clark, the late co-founder and Vice President of Discovery Point Child Development Centers, devoted her life to helping children dream, learn and succeed. Diane relished her 18 years as a high school teacher and 24 years helping husband Cliff build Discovery Point Child Development Centers. What excited her most was impacting children, inspiring them to dream and giving them the tools to succeed, which is why we believe she would be deeply delighted with Diane’s Devotion.
