At Discovery Point, we take pride in being at the forefront of child care. Our goal is to redefine daycare for our families and the children in our care. Our dedicated caregivers are not simply spending the day with infants, toddlers, and preschool-aged children; they are providing the formative educational experiences that will shape the way these young minds address the rest of their academic careers. Our early childhood teachers implement research-based curriculum and a child-centered instructional approach for every age and stage of development — it is not simply “daycare.”
Children have an innate sense of wonder and curiosity about the world. When encouraged, they can think creatively and gain the confidence they need to go out and change the world! At Discovery Point, we believe it’s never too soon to foster a thirst for knowledge and an appreciation for play through dynamic and engaging child care programs.

Hello and welcome to our Discovery Point site!
David and I became the owners of Discovery Point #5 on Satellite Blvd in January 2001.
I began working for the Discovery Point family in 1997. I worked as a teacher, Assistant Director, and Curriculum Director before buying our center.
I attended Mercer University Graduate School of Education. Currently, I hold a K-5 teaching certificate in Georgia. David attended Georgia Tech and has a degree in Management.
We have 2 children, Angie and Jimmy.
