Each member of our franchise team provides invaluable guidance and expertise for our franchise owners. Through ongoing support and assistance with growth, our team has helped make Discovery Point one of the leading daycare franchises in the industry.

Leading the Discovery Point franchise team is Cliff Clark, the company’s founder and CEO. “Mr. Cliff,” as he’s known to the team, and his wife opened the first Discovery Point center more than thirty years ago. Over three decades, he has led our team with a vision for child care that promotes children’s growth and development by cultivating a lifelong passion for learning.

Our Executive Director of Operations and Training, Andrea Moore, first joined Discovery Point following two decades in teacher education and now works on the team that oversees all aspects of business operations, from new owner training to curriculum development. Candice Bradberry, our Manager of Franchise Support, and Melissa Reynolds, our Accounting Administrator, also provide valuable assistance for our franchisees in these areas.  

Christina Feldkamp, our Manager of Curriculum and Education, is the lead writer and editor of Discovery Point Connections® Curriculum and oversees implementation including teacher support and state educational guideline compliance. 

As we focus on maintaining consistently high standards of child safety and educational care from center to center, it’s crucial that we have a dynamic Quality Assurance department. Our Quality Assurance team ensures each of our franchise locations offers exceptional child care services. 

Rochelle Forbes, our Quality Assurance Consultant, helps make this happen through frequent visits to our centers in Georgia, Florida, North Carolina, and Tennessee, as well as relationship building with Discovery Point owners. Angela Robinson, our Quality Assurance and ECE Trainer, also works in this area. She conducts frequent in-center Quality Assurance assessments and provides Technical Assistance to keep our centers in regulatory compliance. She also conducts state-approved ECE Professional Development training for Discovery Point center staff members. Angela and Rochelle help to make each of our franchise locations a place where children have the guidance they need to thrive as individuals.

Discovery Point prioritizes relationships with center owners and ensures they have ongoing support with business development as well as vital advice as they take on the challenges of business ownership. Our Area Manager, Becky J. Dollar, works to support our centers, as needed, in all aspects of operation. 

Jeff Labram, our Franchise Development Administrator, focuses on engaging with new prospects to facilitate the expansion of the Discovery Point franchise to new communities where families can benefit from our unique approach to educational child care.

Ron Cutler, Senior Manager of Construction and Development, manages the design and construction of new centers. He also assists with renovating and maintenance of existing facilities. He joined Discovery Point with more than 35 years of construction management experience.

Leading our finance and accounting teams is Tom Duke, Director of Finance and Accounting. Tom has vast experience in the franchising industry as both a franchise owner and as CFO of a flooring franchise company.

As you market your location to local families, you’ll have the support of Andy Hardy, our Marketing Manager. Andy has vast experience in marketing, advertising, and social media both on the agency side as well as with franchise marketing and brand management.
