Michelle’s dream of working with children and providing them with an exceptional educational experience has been the driving force behind her tenure as the owner of Discovery Point #3 – Howell Ferry. Under her guidance, her center has consistently maintained a high standard of quality, earning the prestigious 3 Star Quality Rated status for the past 7 years. This achievement reflects Michelle’s unwavering commitment to excellence and her dedication to creating a positive and enriching atmosphere for every child in her care.

In recognition of her outstanding contributions to the field of childcare, Michelle received the esteemed President’s Award for the second time in 2021. This accolade serves as a testament to her exceptional leadership and the positive impact she has made on the lives of countless children and their families.

Michelle Malizioso’s educational background underscores her expertise in the field. She holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Psychology from the University of Michigan in Ann Arbor, a foundation that equips her with a deep understanding of child development and behavior. Additionally, she earned a Master of Healthcare Administration degree from the University of North Carolina in Chapel Hill, further enhancing her skills in managing and leading a successful childcare center.
