VPK Registration 2015-2016

VPK Registration for the 2015-2016 school year is now open.

Our VPK program for this school year will run for 3 hours per day, 5 days a week for 180 days, which equals the 540 hours required by the State of Florida. The VPK program will start and follow the Pasco County School calendar.

Our classes are held at the following times:VPK wrap class: 9am – 12pm (Care provided 6:30am-6:30pm)VPK only: Mornings: 9:15am – 12:15pm OR Afternoons: 1:15pm -4:15pm

The VPK program is run through the Early Learning Coalition of Pasco and Hernando Counties.

This can be done online (at the website listed above) or at one of the Early Learning Coalition of Pasco and Hernando Counties, Inc. offices.

If registering in person, PLEASE TAKE THESE DOCUMENTS WITH YOU TO GET VPK CERTIFICATE:1) Child’s Birth Certificate or Child’s Passport- must be 4 on or by September 1, 20152) Florida Residence – Florida Drivers License for parent.3) Completed VPK Child Application Form( Form AWI-VPK 01)- downloaded

Once you have the VPK Certificate you need to bring that in to us in order to ensure we hold a place for your child. We then are required to return the forms to the Early Learning Coalition.

Please hand in VPK Certificate to us by MARCH 31,2015 in order for us to complete our paperwork with the Early Learning Coalition.

We will need the “VPK Child Application” and the Discovery Point Enrollment Packet and current immunization and physical records completed to secure your child’s place in one of next year’s VPK classes. If you require extended care beyond the actual VPK hours, called “Wrap” between 6.30am and 6.30pm, we will require a $100.00 non-refundable Enrollment Fee as well.
