About Our 2020 Summer Camp in Norcross and Duluth

This year’s theme “Go for the Gold!” is inspired by the upcoming 2020 Summer Olympics in Japan. With this theme, our instructors will inspire students to build confidence and learn the importance of perseverance. To keep the excitement strong through all 12 weeks, we’ll introduce a new unit each week. These units allow our campers to explore all things gold, from the Gold Coast of Australia to buried treasure, and even the Olympic gold!

During our summer camp, your child can expect to dive into tons of fun activities, including the following:

• Cooking projects
• Physical fitness activities and challenges
• Hands-on science experiments
• Field trips to local museums, historic sites, and attractions
• Inspiring presentations from guest speakers
• Fun competitions
• Puzzles and games
• Arts and crafts 

With each of the above activities, our instructors incorporate plenty of educational content and lessons. We bring a literature focus to each weekly unit, which includes a reading selection that ties into the unit theme. From there, we lead students through other subject areas, like math, science, drama, and history.
